Detailed safari program of 6 days Uganda gorilla trek and Kenya Wildlife safari
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park in Uganda
You will be picked by our driver guide to start your 6 days Uganda gorilla trek and Kenya Wildlife safari. This trip will early in the morning at 7:00 am, you will have the first stopover at the Uganda Equator crossing for photography and cup of coffee or tea, have another stopover for lunch break in Mbarara city, form here You will then proceed to the southern part of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This journey is very scenic as you have an opportunity to see the Kigezi rolling hills and valleys as you travel to Kisoro or southern part if Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. You will arrive late afternoon for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi forest
After breakfast in the morning, your driver guide will drive to the at park headquarters to join other visitors for a briefing on gorilla tracking guidelines and after briefing set off to the forest for this incredible mountain gorilla tracking experience in one of the top Africa’s tropical rain forest that is still surviving. Gorilla trek lasts between 2 to 6 hours depending on the movement and location of mountain gorillas.
One you find them you are allowed to spend one full hour with the Gorillas from the time you meet them as you study their behavior and taking matchless pictures and videos with mountain gorillas for memories. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Transfer to Entebbe Airport for evening flight to Nairobi-Kenya
After breakfast and depending on your departure flights, you will drive back to Entebbe international Airport for evening flight to Nairobi-Kenya.
Day 4: Transfer from Nairobi to Masai Mara National Park
After your breakfast at the hotel in Nairobi, your driver giude will drive you to Masai Mara national park where you will reach in the evening, have relaxed evening at the lodge and spend a night at the same hotel.
Day 5: Full Day Exploring Masai Mara National Park
Early in the morning after breakfast go for full day exploration of Masai Mara national park, look out for the big five including the Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, Rhinos, Leopards. The Cheetahs, Masai giraffes, zebras, Elands and of course the wildebeests and so many birds species, late in the afternoon return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Mara Siria Tented Camp, Kicheche Bush Camp or Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 6: Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Nairobi
Go for early morning game drive, later transfer to Nairobi Airport for your late evening flight marking the end of your 6 days Uganda gorilla trek and Kenya Wildlife safari.
