What time dos mountain gorilla habituation process start in Bwindi forest

What are the common rules and regulations for gorilla habituation experience in Uganda

- When photographing gorillas remove the flash on your camera
- It is advisable to be in good physical shape because both gorilla habituation experience and tracking require one to be fit enough to follow the gorilla group through the forest and hills.
- It is also recommended to hire a porter who can carry luggage during gorilla tracking, a porter costs $10 to $20 per porter and when you hire a porter it means that you are supporting communities around Bwindi forest directly.
